These are fundamental requirements while we work among ourselves, but also for the dialogue with customers. We study every time the most appropriate way to create a relationship of trust, based on feasible proposals and on respecting the deadlines. When everything goes well it’s all easy, but when a technical problem or a misunderstanding leads to delays, that’s when you discover the difference between an amateur and a professional.

Humana Skala is a network with many nodes, all qualified, committed to improving and respecting the work of others. The team joins and unties according to the projects, forming work groups with specific tasks decided at the beginning of each process.
